  3. Clearly, you do need to buy PRESERVATION ACT 1 and ACT 2 to get the full impact of the story, but as a musical experience ACT 1 is the much more enjoyable album, containing a number of mid-table Kinks classics that the band's die-hard fans will love/5(54).
